I want to get 2 portraits, one of my grandfather and one of my dad. I am a big fan of portrait tattoos but have seen many absolutely terrible ones. I just want to know if anyone knows of any VERY skilled portrait tattoo artists in or around Connecticut. Also, I would like to know if they specialize in color or black and white. Thanks.

Joe Capobianco is one of the best tattooists in the US & he’s in CT. He specializes in women fantasy art but he used to do a lot of portrait work & he’s amazing. He’s very famous but be prepared to wait a long time for an appointment if he’ll even give you one at all:
