Suggestions for portrait artists?

For my art i need to study an about 6 artists – i am doing portaits – realistic(ish) paintings – it would be useful if suggestions from all different painting movements/ or throughout time ???

Rogier Van Der Weyden – Flemish, 15th century

El Greco – Greek, 17th century

Francisco Goya – Spanish, 17th-18th century

Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres – French, 19th century

John Singer Sargent – American, early 20th century

Alice Neel, American, late 20th century

    you could choose a portrait artist from one of the art movements

    Medieval
    Renaissance
    Modern Art
    Contemporary

    or, you could select an artist from each section of an art movement
