I was watching How to be a Millionaire, and that was the question. The answer was , it was a statement used by a historical male to give a portrait painter instructions on how to paint him. Who was the historical figure

warts and all came from a person called Cromwell who was the rebelling side of the British civil war Cromwell had a lot of warts on his face which were big as well
