He’s using tabbed … He’s using tabbed navigation, which is a new feature in Adobe CS4 products. Using the Apple/Command key plus the ` key lets you switch between the tabs, just like in Safari or almost any other tabbed interface.

I said “I draw in” only to point out that yes you can draw using a photo editing program.
You can if u have a … You can if u have a tablet. Orrrrr. You can draw something, then convert it into a digital drawing on photoshop. You can also directly draw on photoshop by creating new file..that has a white bg color, and then drawing on it with a brush.
