Depending on what part of PA you are from, Jimmy Roach in Indiana, PA is the best in Indiana. He does awesome work. Also, there is a place called west side tattoo that did my uncles tattoo of my grandparents. It came out so nice. Jimmy Roach is incredibly busy so you should call him soon if you want it any time within the next few months.

Check into Jesters Court in Etna Pa or in the Strip District (Pittsburgh Pa) They do great work. A little pricey but worth it.
